TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND PARTICIPATION

CREPS Workshop 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to CREPS Workshop 2026. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the CREPS Foundation. CREPS operates this event and its online store through Shopify, which enables us to provide ticket purchasing, registration, and event participation services (the “Services”). These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

By purchasing a ticket, completing registration, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your submitted information

  • To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. 

CREPS is not responsible for errors in user-provided information.

SECTION 2 – PURCHASE AND CONFIRMATION PROCESS

Tickets are purchased through Shopify.

However, purchase alone does not guarantee participation.

To secure your spot, you must:

  1. Complete payment

  2. Submit the official registration form

Your spot is confirmed only once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed

  • The registration form has been submitted and verified

Failure to complete the registration form within the required time may result in loss of your spot.

If the event reaches capacity before your registration is completed:

  • Your participation cannot be guaranteed

  • No refund will be issued

  • We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.

  • We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.

  • All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a ticket.

CREPS reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order

  • In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders due to errors or availability

Tickets are limited and assigned on a first confirmed basis.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND TICKET TIERS

Ticket categories are released in phases. Pricing increases with each tier based on availability.

  • Early Bird – SOLD OUT

  • General Admission

  • Late Admission

Each tier has limited availability. Once a tier is sold out, the next tier will be activated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 5 – TICKET DELIVERY

Once your purchase and registration are validated, you will receive:

  • A digital ticket (Admit One)

  • A required event registration confirmation

Delivery will be made via email within 1–3 business days.

Each ticket is individual and may include a QR code or similar validation system for event access.

SECTION 6 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

This store is powered by Shopify.

However:

  • All transactions are made directly with CREPS

  • Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of ticket sales, event participation, or related issues

By using our Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your purchase.

SECTION 7 – FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to complete registration

  • Incorrect information submitted

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Late arrival or partial attendance

  • Event reaching capacity before registration is completed

SECTION 8 – ADMISSION AND CONDUCT

CREPS reserves the right of admission and continued participation.

Participants may be removed from the event without refund if they:

  • Disrupt the event

  • Fail to follow instructions

  • Violate any rules or policies

SECTION 9 – EVENT RULES AND SAFETY

To ensure a safe environment:

  • Personal belongings may be inspected

  • The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Firearms

    • Sharp or cutting objects

    • Illegal substances 

    • Alcohol

Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal without refund.

SECTION 10 – MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the event, you grant CREPS permission to:

  • Record video and take photographs

  • Use your image, voice, or likeness

This content may be used for:

  • Social media

  • Website

  • Promotional and educational materials

No compensation will be provided.

SECTION 11 – EVENT MODIFICATIONS

CREPS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Schedule

  • Workshops

  • Speakers

  • Event structure

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation in the event is at your own risk.

CREPS is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen personal belongings

  • Circumstances beyond its control

  • Indirect or incidental damages

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

SECTION 14 – CHANGES TO TERMS

CREPS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 15 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by CREPS, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of CREPS, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by CREPS.

CREPS INC. names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CREPS or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of CREPS. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. 

SECTION 16 – ACCEPTANCE

By completing your purchase and registration, you confirm that you:

  • Have read these Terms and Conditions

  • Understand them

  • Agree to be bound by them
