DELIVERY METHOD

All tickets and related materials will be delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.

This includes:

  • Digital ticket (Admit One)

  • Event registration link

  • Event-related instructions or communications

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Delivery may take longer during high-volume periods.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as CREPS is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

To complete your registration and secure your participation, you must also submit the required registration form after purchase.

Failure to complete this step may result in:

  • Delayed delivery of your ticket

  • Loss of your reserved spot if the event reaches capacity

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

CREPS does not ship any physical products.

Any materials included in your purchase (e.g., kits or supplies) will be distributed in person at the event.
