REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CREPS Workshop 2026

General Policy

All ticket purchases made through our Shopify store for the CREPS Workshop 2026 are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase through Shopify, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued except as expressly stated below.

Purchase & Registration Requirement

The purchase of a ticket through Shopify does not automatically guarantee your participation in the event.

To secure your space, you must:

  1. Complete your purchase through Shopify

  2. Submit the official event registration form (provided after purchase)

Your spot is only confirmed once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed through Shopify

  • The registration form has been completed and submitted

Failure to complete the registration form may result in the loss of your space.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to complete the registration form after purchase

  • Incorrect or incomplete information submitted

  • Failure to attend the event (no-show)

  • Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances

  • Late arrival or partial participation

  • Event reaching capacity before registration is completed

  • Violation of event policies or removal from the event

Ticket Policy

  • Each ticket purchased is valid for one (1) participant (Admit One)

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-resalable unless authorized by the organizers

  • The organization reserves the right to invalidate any ticket obtained through unauthorized resale or misuse

All tickets will be delivered digitally via the email provided at checkout.

Event Modifications

The Foundation reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Event schedule

  • Workshop content

  • Speakers or facilitators

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

Cancellations by Organizer

If the event is canceled by the organizers:

  • Participants may be offered:

    • A rescheduled date, or

    • A partial or full refund, at the discretion of the Foundation

Damages or Issues

If there are any issues related to your purchase or event materials, you must contact us within 48 hours at:

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. CREPS does not store or retain your payment information.
